This course is designed to be given both online and in the classroom.
Part one of the course has the student attend the CPR for Healthcare Providers course that will be completed in four hours on campus, the second half of the course is conducted at home by completing packet of homework using our healthedu.biz website. To recieve credit for CEU hours that are needed to renew your state licensure, please return the packet to the office or fax to 813-672-3754 for grading. You must score a 80% to be considered successful and recieve credit. You may retake the test that you failed as many times as you need. The total credit for this two part course is 17 CEU hours for CNA's and 12 hours for Nurses.
Part 1: 9-1pm or 4-8pm (course dates TBA, Please call the office for details)
Part 2: Home study, student must complete the take home packet and return it for grading, your CEU hours will then be posted on CEBroker.

Completed CEU's are reported to the Florida Board of Nursing for immediat credit toward your license or certification.

The FBON requires all health care providers who hold a Florida license or certification to complete 24 hours every two years to qualify for licensure renewal.
